Peritoneal Dialysis Machine. He shares 8 patents and patents pending. He has
been successful at innovative design strategies, recognizing key talent, and
building winning teams, which in turn have led to significant product
development ROI. Doug has been an alumni mentor at
MIT since 1998, and serves in

Brian Key, Co-Founder,
VP Operations & Controller
Mr. Key is a co-founder, a Director of
Clearview Software
Int’l, and a former Director of PGT, Inc. (acquired by
Verio, Inc.). Formerly, he
was responsible for
Andover Control Corp.'s new products from concept through launch. At
DEKA R&D he was a
co-inventor of the
J&J Independence 3000 IBOT Transporter for which he shares 4 patents.

John Wasserlein,
Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board
Mr. Wasserlein was the leader of three strategic business units over a 28-year
period, one unit of which he led through 17-fold growth. He has achieved
financial results well above the cost of capital, in companies up to $1 billion
in sales. He has been involved in many civic activities, including several
years as a hospital president, and currently serves on the boards of five
